Question: Side Effects

If anyone would like to discuss Accutane side effects please let me know. I think there are more bad than good.

A: I totally agree! I am walking proof that Roche doesnt entirely know the side effects!

And I personally find that scary that they can give you a drug that they arent 100% sure of

A: That's because it makes them money. The Doctor who ordered the drug wasn't sure about the side effects either. When questioned he couldn't come up with an answer and didn't think that accutane could cause that bad of a problem. Providing him with some research data he quickly terminated the prescription and changed his response. But the patient is still suffering the side effects.

A: but there are side effects they havent admitted to yet. And most Dr's wont take you off of somethign because of hear say. Plus the side effects on the booklet differ from country to country.

A: I seem to have developed a scaley red rash on my arms. Doesn't itch or anything but it is a bit raw feeling and burns like crap when I apply lotion but the lotion does seem to be making it go away a bit...Anyone else ever have this? It is the back side of my arms from the wrist to the elbow, and some on the backs of my hands...It's a good thing it's not tank top weather, but then again it is hardly ever tank top weather up here! lol
