On behalf of the “Bold and Beautiful” women of Beta Mu Chapter, welcome to
our website! The women of Beta Mu take pride and respect the privilege it is
to sustain the legacy of our charter members and the founders of
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.
The essence of Alpha Kappa Alpha’s purpose and sisterhood is evident in Beta
Mu’s service to all mankind. Within our community and campus we are
applying the Alpha Kappa Alpha International Program “The Heart of ESP: an
Extraordinary Service Program and making a difference. We are unlocking
doors with Economic Keys to Success, ensuring the Economic Growth of the
Black Family, discovering the Non-Traditional Entrepreneur, increasing
Health Resource Management and most importantly; forging Economic
Educational Advancement Through Technology.
Beta Mu Chapter as a whole and her individual members are important threads
in the fabric that is Wayne State University. As you travel our website join
our journey to new heights as a chapter and Alpha Kappa Alpha women. We
hope the information and programs provided are stimulating and
encouraging.
